Starter package
One part of your home, working as one system.
You already own the smart kit. I connect it, so it works together and you control it from one screen. Two days of work, one fixed price.

It starts with a home check. Not every device can be connected reliably, so I look first and tell you before you commit to anything.
What you get
- A home hub — a small computer that stays in your house and runs the system. Supplied, set up and yours to keep.
- One area connected — heating, cameras, energy and plugs, or lighting. Up to 5 devices you already own.
- 3 automations built around your day. You choose them.
- One screen on your phone for that area, instead of several apps.
- Handover and a written summary. The owner account is yours.
- 1 month of Care Plus included. After that, a support plan is optional (it runs with Home Assistant Link, about £7.80/month, paid to Nabu Casa).
Right for you if
- You already own three or more smart devices — a thermostat, cameras, plugs, bulbs, a doorbell.
- You'd like to start small and add more later.
Not included
- New devices — priced separately and shown before you agree.
- New wiring or electrical work.
- Camera AI recognition — available as an add-on.
Your devices keep working from their own apps and switches, as they do now, even if the hub is unplugged.

Design & fixed quote
A clear plan and a fixed price. It only changes if you ask for a change, or if something unexpected turns up once I open things up — and then only with your written agreement.
STEP 03
Installation
Tidy, careful work with minimal disruption. I test everything alongside you.

Handover & aftercare
A simple walkthrough, written documentation, and support if anything needs tweaking.
